This is my first post for this blog, so I will try not to ramble on too much. I am starting this blog mainly because I recently lost my job due to outsourcing & now need something to fill my time while I am on the job hunt. I am also starting this blog to connect with a new audience. The main focus of my blog is going to be free stuff, give-aways, & reviews. I'll post about good free deals as well as review products/services. I do plan on doing give-aways, but only once I have enough readers for this blog. A give-away that only involves like 5 people is not exciting enough for me, I'll need at least 15 people who want to participate before I start one. Hint: my first give-away prize has already been selected & it is a beauty bag!
Since this is only the first post, I'll just include some facts about me:
I am 24 years old.
I live in Miamisburg, Ohio.
I live with my boyfriend & our cats.
I am currently a student at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio (Marketing/PR major!)
I have been a vegetarian (not vegan) for 8 years.
I do not have any children, just an extra awesome nephew.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE free things. I have been getting free products off of the internet since 2004. People say that nothing is free, which is true. You have to put effort into getting free things, even if that effort is only filling in a form. That is why I chose $FREE.99 as the title of my blog. "$FREE.99, & other occurrences" means that it will mostly be about free products, but I will talk about other things as well.
